Congratulations to Ovid-Elsie High School’s Student of the Week, freshman Adelaide! Nominated by Ms. Blank, “Adelaide is a wonderful and talented young lady. She is an excellent student, who asks questions for clarification and strives to do her best. Adelaide is a leader. She was voted in as the Class of 2028's Class President. She is a member of the Marauder Marching Band and a cheerleader for both sideline and competitive cheer. She has immersed herself in her high school experience. Adelaide enjoys traveling and spent a few weeks taking a tour of Europe in June 2022.” In her free time, Adelaide enjoys reading. She’s currently undecided on her post-secondary plans. Congratulations Adelaide!

Attention 4th-8th grade girls: Red Cedar Volleyball will be starting up soon! 4th & 5th Graders: Look for paperwork coming home. Middle School Students: Volleyball paperwork is available in the office. The cost is $50 (includes jersey). Checks can be made payable to Ovid-Elsie Area Schools Memo: Red Cedar Volleyball. The deadline to turn in paperwork & payment is 1/17/25. Practices will begin the week of 3/3/25.

During the holiday season, the gingerbread man from Mrs. Murray’s Kindergarten class went missing! According to the letters, postcards and packages sent, he traveled all over the United States. The class loved learning about the different states and hearing about his adventures. A big thank you to all who participated !!
