Senior Interviews are kicking off this morning at OEHS! Seniors are participating in a 30 minute mock job interview with local business professionals while our underclassmen are participating in PSAT/SAT testing.
They will spend 20 minutes answering questions in an interview format, followed by 10 minutes of invaluable feedback on attire, their resume, body language, answers, and demeanor during their interview. We are so excited that our seniors are getting this opportunity to learn and grow before graduating and entering the work force or college environments!

The Varsity Track meet that was scheduled for today has been rescheduled to 4/20/22 due to weather. The Varsity Baseball/Softball game has been cancelled for today as well. Golf practice for today has also been cancelled.

THIS Friday all 9-12th grade students will get the opportunity to explore the 2022 Career & College Fair during our half-day! A tailgate style setup will be taking over OEHS so students can visit with the booths and enjoy yard games while practicing their soft skills with professionals and reps from a variety of different post-secondary options.
Over 25 booths that include:
4-year Colleges/Universities
Trade Schools
Certificate Programs
Cosmetology Schools
Emergency Response Training Programs
Local Businesses (some will be hiring for summer!)
Military Recruiters

Ovid-Elsie High School is proud to continue our new tradition with the Class of 2022 - Senior Letters! The OEHS Student Services Department plans to host a Decision Day where students will receive "swag bags" full of goodies pertaining to their next steps after graduation. We would love to include Senior Letters in these bags as well!
Senior Letters can include well wishes for the graduate, congratulations regarding graduation and their next steps, advice/encouragement/uplifting words for them as they embark on their next adventure, a photo or memory, etc.
If you know a Senior that you would like to send a letter to, please email your letter to Ms. Allie at allie.richards@ovidelsie.org. In the subject line of your letter, please write "Senior Letter - [Name of Senior]." Your letter will be printed and included in the Senior's Decision Day bag.
All letters are due by Friday, April 29th at 3pm!
