As the holiday season approaches, we encourage families to prioritize regular attendance to support continuous learning and achievement. Please review the following letter: https://5il.co/318m6

Congrats to Ms. Blank and the OEHS students for being recognized by the Ovid Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 8964.

Congratulations to Ovid-Elsie High School’s Student of the Week, sophomore Jeremiah!
Mr. Topping nominated Jeremiah since he is consistently one of the highest scorers in Chemistry and is willing to assist others when they are stuck. In Computer App and Design, he goes above and beyond to challenge himself to create more advanced projects. He is a great student. Not only does Jeremiah excel in the classroom, he’s also active in cross country, wrestling, track & field, FFA, 4H, and the Robotics team. After graduation, Jeremiah plans to attend college for Robotic Engineering and hopes to help develop technology in the agricultural industry.

Week in Athletics - Middle School

Just a reminder that Leonard and E.E. Knight's Veterans Day Assembly is at 9:00am tomorrow. If your student RSVP'd to attend breakfast with their special Veteran, they may report directly to E.E. Knight with their Veteran at 8:30am. Students will ride the bus back to Leonard with their class after the assembly. Also reminder to all students and staff to wear red, white, and blue tomorrow! Thank you Veterans!!!

The Class of 2029 participated in a Career Expo sponsored by DeWitt High School and organized by CCRESA. Each year, the event has improved both in the number of career fields represented (over 200 this year!) and the quality of student engagement.

Yesterday six juniors, one sophomore, and four freshman spent a day with High Schools around the state talking about sportsmanship, competing with character, and positively impacting our community! Thank you to the MHSAA for putting on a great event!

Good luck to our Varsity Football team tonight as they take on the Lansing Catholic Cougars in the District Finals. Let's pack the stands! Marauder proud!
