We would like to welcome our new Principal, Tim Ormsbee.  Welcome to the family Mr Ormsbee.  We’re so glad to have you with us!!

We have a popcorn day on Wednesday so bring $1 if you would like a wee snackadoodle!

Tickets are available for the band fundraiser bbq dinner next week on December 6th, which occurs right before the holiday concert.  See any band member to buy tickets for $10 each or school aged children up to 10yrs for $6 (preschool and  younger are free).

If you are able to contribute new, unwrapped toys for our Toys 4 Tots box in the lobby, toys go to local kids who need a little help at Christmas.  A very worthy cause!

In 2021, 20.98 million Christmas trees were purchased with an average cost of $81 but the price is expected to hit $85-100 this year.

Basketball last night:

The 7th grade and 8th grade boys won last night at Byron.  Their next game is Wednesday at Chesaning. Good luck Wednesday!

PSA If you get a blue raffle ticket put your full name on it otherwise some other Jaycen, Dylan, Alexis or Alaena might just get your treat!

At lunchtime we will be selling pickles for a $1.

Any items purchased at the bookfair must be kept in lockers throughout the day and taken home.  That included fidget items, trinkets and most especially pokey sticks.

We are excited to welcome Mrs Duckert to the 6th grade team to teach Language Arts.  Welcome to the family Mrs D!

Teachers if you have any free time for students this morning feel free to send a couple of students at a time to the book fair if they have money to spend.  The book fair closes at 2:3opm so please do not wait until after school or you will be plum outta luck!!

Basketball results:

The 7th grade boys split their games against Chesaning last night.

The B Team lost a float game by the score of 15-17.

The A team then got a victory by the score of 44-11.

The 7th grade team finish their season today at home against Durand. The first game starts at 5:30. Good luck to the boys!

 8th grade boys also separated into A and B teams and both teams won!!  A team 46 to 34 and B team with a great comeback 39-36.  Winner Winner Chicken Dinner!!

We will have concessions tomorrow at the end of the day so bring your monies for the sugar sling!

Happy Birthday today to Brooklyn T, Maverick H and Dominic H and to Chase F, Evan A and Daniel V over the weekend. Have a sensational birthday guys!

Don’t forget if you are out and about this weekend to pick up a new, unwrapped toy for our Toys 4 Tots box in the lobby.

The 7th grade boys won both games against Durand last night!

The B Team played a great team game and won  by the score of 22-21.

The A Team played a great defensive game and beat Durand by the score of 37-22!

Congratulations to the 7th grade boys on an amazing season!

 

Last night the 8th grade team defeated Durand.  Making them back to back league champions.  With a two year record of 20 wins and 2 losses
