Boys’ basketball sign ups are in the office. You can sign up at lunchtime if you are interested in playing.
Our new school counselor has joined the middle school team, Mr. Stedman. You will be seeing him coming around classrooms to introduce himself in the next couple of days.

Note: "Mischief Night" — also known as "Cabbage Night" — is celebrated the night before Halloween. Why ‘Cabbage Night’? Perhaps from the use of rotten cabbages in pranks on this night. Perhaps because some towns used to pile all the left-over cabbage from the fields and light a bonfire on the night before Halloween.

Please check the lost and found trolley in the lobby. If items are not claimed by Friday they will be used as needed by the school or donated.
A reminder that students must use the designated bathroom for their grade at all times, except when they are in the cafeteria for lunch and use the lobby restroom. 6th grade will use the lobby, 7th grade will use the bathroom opposite Collins’ room and 8th grade will use the bathroom opposite Latz’s.

Today at your lunch time the OEMS Student Council will be selling frozen pickle juice for 50 cents and pickles for a dollar.

We’ll have a 5 min early release for the sugar sling this afternoon. If you have $ for concessions you may be released at 2:55pm. Don’t forget, no food or drink on the bus. It must be in your bag.
