Happy Birthday today to Elijah W, and Austin N. Hope that you have a fantastic birthday guys and if you were lucky enough to have a birthday over the summer, like Ms Holley, I hope that it was a good time.
If you are interested in Cross Country, practice starts tomorrow from 3:15pm-4:45pm. Please meet in the MS lobby and bring your running shoes and a water bottle. A reminder that you must have a current sports physical on file to participate.
This Friday, August 26th will be picture day. Orders for picture packages can be placed online.
I’m sure that you noticed the ‘one way’ signs in the hallway. Our routine before the start of the day is walking the halls, following the direction of the arrows and getting into class, bottoms in seats BEFORE 7:55am. Trust me, you do NOT want to miss my announcements in the morning, you never know what I might say!
We are so glad to have everyone back in the building and are looking forward to meeting all of our new friends! Welcome 6th grade and new folks to the OE family. We’re so glad that you’re here!
Wednesday is the Inspirational Quote Day to get us through the rest of the week so hold on to yer britches and prepare to be inspired!

A reminder that breakfast and lunch is free to everybody.
Please follow the ‘one way’ signs in the hallway. Our routine before the start of the day is walking the halls, following the direction of the arrows. If your teacher is not in the classroom before 7:55am, please keep walking until they allow you to enter. Do not wait in the hallway. It causes bottlenecks.

MS girls’ basketball sign ups are in the office for 7th and 8th grade girls. Tryouts are Monday after school until 5:15pm. You must have a current physical on file in order to try out.
Today is PICTURE DAY!!! All students MUST have a picture taken for ID cards. Pictures can still be ordered online even after today. Classes will be called down to the high school GYM (that’s a new location btw peeps!) after the high school have completed their pictures.
