We have Science Olympiad practice after school Wednesday at 3:10pm in Mr Wertz’s room.

And now it’s time for Manic Mystery Monday so pop your thinking caps on and teachers dial 1420 when you have heard the entire question and your class has an answer:

Question: What food item can last forever or a really, really, really long time?

Answer: Honey.

Note: In 2015, archaeologists found 3,000-year-old honey while excavating tombs in Egypt, that was still edible. This is because it is low in water and high in sugar, so bacteria cannot grow on it. It also contains small amounts of hydrogen peroxide, which inhibits growth of microbes.

Class:

Have a marvelous Monday everybody!
