Tomorrow is the first day of NWEA testing. We will be starting with Reading and will follow a 2 hour delay schedule. Math will be on Thursday. Make sure that you sleep well tonight and eat a healthy breakfast in the morning. Please be at school and ready to work by 7:55am.
Student Challenge is this Thursday from 7AM to 7:45AM in Mr. Hazle’s room 114. Treats will be provided.
Science Olympiad practice is this Wednesday from 3:05 - 4:15 in Mr. Wertz’s room.

And now it’s time for Manic Mystery Monday and it’s a toughie so pop your thinking caps on and teachers dial 1420 when you have heard the entire question and your class has an answer:
Question: What is the plastic tip of a shoelace called?
Answer: An aglet.
Note: The aglet, which is typically plastic, was invented in 1790 by Harvey Kennedy. The aglet protects the end of the shoelace from fraying and makes the process of tying and threading the lace through the eyelet easier.
