There will be an early release for the cross country team this afternoon at 2:15pm. Good luck with the meet @ Byron guys! You’ve been having an awesome season!!!
If you missed getting a student council application yesterday afternoon we have some in the middle school office. Applications should be returned by: Thursday 9am.
We also have FFA T-shirt order forms in the office if you are interested, to be returned with payment by October 1st.
The 7th grade Lady Marauders took on New Lothrop last night at home unfortunately it was not the lady's night, leading to a lopsided loss. 7th grade now stands at 2-1 on the season.
The 8th grade Lady Marauders had Great team effort and focus with unselfish play and all around hustle - resulting in a 43-16 victory. This signature conference win leaves 8th grade at 4-0 on the season.

Phones are NOT permitted in the hallways, cafeteria, classrooms or outside during lunch. They must be turned off upon entering the building and kept in lockers until the end of the day.
There will be an early release for the girls’ basketball team this afternoon at 2:50pm.
The results of last night’s MMAC Cross Country Meet are in
Results of the 2 mile boy’s race with 87 Runners are:
JD M 12th 14:51
Colton S 45th 17:12
Jeremiah S 52nd 18:14
The girl’s race consisted of 90 runners
The girls team finished in 1st League Competition!
Leading the way for the Lady Marauders was
Kendal T in 1st place 15:11
4th place Clarissa B 15:50
5th place Madalynn B 15:59
Congratulations to not only our top runners but to all of our middle school cross country runners, so proud of you and good luck at your next league meet!

Given our new, slightly earlier, entry time it should be noticed that breakfast begins at 7:30 am in the cafeteria and that students should be heading into class by 7:50 am. Announcements will be at 7:55am and all students must be in their seats by that time.
Student Council applications are due in the office by 9am today.
The 7th grade girls’ basketball team came out with a dub with a gritty effort throughout. The win moves 7th grade to 3-1 on the season.
8th grade came out of the gate sloppy but a strong 2nd half helped blow the lid off the game in route to another win. The dub moves 8th grade to 5-0 on the season.
A reminder that tomorrow is a half day with early dismissal @ 11:30am.
The middle school will be selling concessions on the way out of the door tomorrow so bring your pocket change if you would like a sweet treat.
