The 8th grade boys played 2 games on Saturday this past weekend.  The A team went 2-0 playing some great defense to help lead them to wins over Chesaning and Lakeville. The B-team played hard but unfortunately they came up short in both of their games vs. Chesaning and Mt. Morris.  The boys have one more week of practice and finish their season at Chesaning this Saturday.  Good luck this week fellas.

Happy Birthday to Dawson T.  Have a great day Buddy!!!🎈

And now we have a St Paddy’s Day Motivation Monday quote from the motion picture studio founder  Samuel Goldwyn:

“The harder I work, the luckier I get.” Short but it gets the point across!!

Have a fantastic Monday everybody!  I think that today looks like a great day to have a great day!

And now it’s time for our Science Fact of the Week:

Fact:.A snail can sleep for 3 years at a time and if it doesn’t warm up soon Mrs Holley’s going to give that a go!

Snails need moisture to survive; so if the weather is not cooperating they can sleep up to 3 years.  They shift into hibernation over the winter and estivation during the summer to protect themselves and cover themselves in mucus to stop moisture loss.

Have a tremendous Thursday everybody!  Make today ridiculously amazing!!
