Attention 6th Graders: if you are interested in joining Student Council for the 4th marking period, please grab an application from the office. The 2nd page of the application needs to be turned in by Friday. This will give you a chance to join in the fun & planning of our April & May events, and see if you'd like to join next year for the full year. If you have any Student Council questions, see Mrs. Willbanks.
Attention 8th grade boys interested in playing High School Football. There will be a meeting in the Middle School Gym tomorrow during lunch.

Good Morning, everyone! If you remember about a month ago Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow which meant six more weeks of cold weather. Well, I’ve got some good news. Starting next Monday, March 23, things are about to heat up because track season officially begins!
Track is open to all 6th, 7th, and 8th graders. Here’s what you need to know to get started. First, you must have a physical on file, and your parents need to fill out the final forms online. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle to practice.
Practice begins at 3:15 in the gym and runs until 5:15 pm. If you have any questions, stop by and see Coach Snyder. Sign-ups are still happening in the office, so get down there and get your name in. We can’t wait to see you on the track!

You have probably noticed that Student Council are hosting the Ovid-Elsie Rock-Paper-Scissors Battle - there is NO HIDING beads. They must be out of your shirts.
Also only battle kids in the same grade but you can challenge any teacher you want IF you have at least 5 beads!
Friendly reminder to turn those blue tickets in for our Marauder Raffle on March 25th

Each year on March 21, people around the world recognize World Down Syndrome Day by wearing brightly colored, mismatched socks. This simple act helps start conversations, raise awareness, and celebrate the uniqueness and abilities of individuals with Down syndrome.
If you would like to show support to those with Down Syndrome, please consider wearing brightly colored mismatched socks tomorrow.
