Announcements Tuesday February 17th, 2026:
Good morning staff and students! Welcome to Ovid-Elsie Middle School where we are inspiring life-long learners to achieve their full potential and excel in a changing world. Today is Tuesday, February 17th, 2026. Please stand for the pledge…..
We have had an uptick in reports of personal items going missing from gym and hallway lockers. In all instances the lockers were not locked or were wide open. Your personal belongings are your responsibility and taking care of them begins with keeping them locked up.
There are a couple of changes happening at lunchtime. The first is there will no longer be football played at lunch in the gym. Basketball and volleyball are still permitted.
The second is that release to go to the gym will happen by table. When your table is ready to go to the gym, you will raise your hand and a staff member will give you the go ahead once your area has been approved.
There will be someone in lunches today if you have questions about bowling.
Tomorrow there is a soccer meeting for middle school students interested in playing soccer at 7:40am before school.
LUNCH:
Chicken quesadilla, black beans, mandarin oranges and milk.
Have a terrific Tuesday everybody and remember it may not be easy but it will definitely be worth it!
