A very happy birthday to our fearless leader, Mr Ormsbee. We are so thankful that you decided to brave the craziness that is middle school and join our wee family. Have a wonderful birthday and in celebration all of our kiddos are going to follow every single rule!!! Riiiiiight?!!!!
Tickets for the parent run spring dance will be sold at lunchtime this week on Monday and Thursday. Tickets are $15.
The OE drama and choir department are presenting Matilda Jr on April 28th and 29th. Tickets can be purchased online at oedrama.ludus.com. Tickets will also be available at the door.

Taking a few deep breaths instantly lowers your levels of cortisol – your body’s main stress hormone. Make it deliberate - inhale deeply through your nose for the count of four, making sure that your belly is expanding, then exhale for a count of four. Do this for a minute or so. You can use this any time, whether you are in a moment of stress or not.

We need quiet in the hallways this morning as our 8th grade will be sitting their Science M-Step and then running a 2 hour delay schedule.
If you are interested in learning or practicing crochet or knitting we are considering starting a club after school. There is a sign up sheet in the office if you are interested.
Middle school students are not permitted to be in the HS, the IC or hanging out in the hallway outside the IC at any time but especially in the morning. If you are in any of these locations it earns an immediate disciplinary action.
Student Challenge will be held in Mr. Hazle’s classroom tomorrow morning @ 7:25am. All are welcome!

A reminder that 8th grade have M-Step Social Studies next Wednesday.
We’ll have a 5 min early release for the sugar sling this afternoon. If you have $ for concessions you may be released at 2:55pm. Don’t forget, no food or drink on the bus. It must be in your bag.
