Let’s start a new weekly ritual. Ms. Holley’s Healthy Habits: We’re going to start with FOCUS! I’m a big fan of multi-tasking but there are times where multitasking is actually the WORST thing that you can do. If you find that something is harder than it should be, try focusing on doing that 1 thing and that alone. If your attention wanders…rein it in like a nervous chihuahua at the dog park!
