Good Morning staff and students  Welcome to Ovid-Elsie Middle School where we are inspiring life-long learners to achieve their full potential and excel in a changing world.  Today is Monday January 27th, 2020.  Please stand for the pledge: I pledge allegiance to the flag …

  • This week’s Kindness Challenge is about forgiveness.  This can be a hard one but it’s worth it.  Sometimes the best way to be kind is to let it go when someone is not kind to you.   Forgiveness brings peace to you and a second chance to the other person. A win-win!

  • A reminder that tomorrow is our last Show Your Pride Tuesday for January so wear your class colors.  These are:

6th - blue (any shade), 7th - orange, 8th - black

  • And now it’s time for Manic Mystery Monday, Teachers please call Extension 1420 when you have heard the entire question::

  • Question: Which president served for the most days in office?

  • Answer: Franklin D Roosevelt.

  • Fun Facts: 4,422 days--Three full terms; died 2 months and 23 days into his fourth term. Roosevelt is the only US president to have served more than two terms.
