  • Our Kindness Challenge this week is to take care of our environment!  It’s almost impossible to feel calm and relaxed when your environment is a mess so let’s clean it up this week.  Let’s start with our hallways. I’m seeing screwed up papers which have fallen out of lockers, food wrappers and all other manner of garbage littering our hallways.  The rule is: if you see it, it’s your responsibility to clean it up. Be good to yourself and others and clean up ALL WEEK!

  • Coach Potter will be here tomorrow, Tuesday, October 15 “ lunchtime for MS Wrestling sign ups. Reminder you must have a sports physical on file before you can practice.

  • We have 2 very special staff birthdays today.  Happy birthday to Mrs Cermak and the one and only Mr Wertz!  Have fantastic days guys!!

  • And now it’s time for Manic Mystery Monday, Teachers please call Extension 1420 when you have heard the entire question.  This one is especially for our Robot Master Mr Wertz!

    • Question: How many languages is C3PO capable of communicating in?

    • Answer:  Over 6 million!

    • Fun Facts: In Return of the Jedi C3PO speaks with the Ewoks and tells 'Master Luke' that he is fluent in over 6 million forms of communication.  Incidentally this puts him far, far ahead of Google Translate which can only support 103 languages at this time.

Have a marvelous Monday!  And remember, it’s always a great day to have a great day!
