Mark your calendars: student council will be holding a Valentine’s dance after school February 9th. More information will be coming soon.

"The Ovid-Elsie chess team traveled to Flushing to take on the Raiders in the first chess match between these two schools. A special congratulations to Ben Zuniga for moving up to play with the high school team and earning several key wins to help propel the team to victory. Way to go Ben and all the OvidElsie chess team."

It’s the beginning of the marking period and we already have students who have multiple tardies to class. These will be addressed with detentions and if you receive 4 in 1 class, you will attend either an after school, or Saturday detention, not to mention the fact that you will not be eligible to attend the special events that we hold each marking period. Please get to class on time.
We will have the sugar sling at the end of the day today.
