For the Kindness Challenge this week we need to know what is encouragement? It is not simply praise. It is seeing an area in which a person could do great things and motivating them to try harder to get there. Start off by telling them their strong points and acknowledging their efforts and talents and then give them a specific direction in how they can move forward to be even more successful.
Don’t forget that this afternoon you can join Mr Gavenda in the high school, room E-3 from 3-4:30pm to hang out and play chess with the chess club.
Middle School Students Challenge will be Thursday at 7:15AM this week. We will combine with the High School and be in the High School woodshop.
