For our very first Kindness Challenge of the year: make an extra effort to help any new faces, whether they need a little direction getting where they need to go, or some help with a locker. Let’s make sure that all of our friends feel welcome at the Middle School.
A reminder that athletic shoes are required if you are on the gym floor before school and during lunch gym time. This is to protect the floor from damage.
Friday is a half-day and remember to bring your pennies for the concession stand, which will be open every Friday.
And now the time that you have waited for ALL SUMMER LONG...Mrs Holley’s Chuckle Time:
Question: Why can’t you ever blame a dolphin for doing anything wrong?
Answer: Because they never do it on porpoise!
And if that didn’t tickle your funny bone you can always give Mrs Holley a helping hand by finding a clean joke and putting it in The Joke Box in the office with your name on and who knows maybe you’ll be getting a shout-out as our school comedian next week!

Looking around I am seeing some great new friendships forming but there are still opportunities to make people feel at home here. Don’t let these friends sit alone at lunch!
Auditions for the fall play!!!! Tuesday, August 27th and Wednesday, August 28th at 3:00 pm in the HS Auditorium. Contact Mrs. Bashore if you have any questions or want to try out and can’t make it to the audition dates.
We have one student's birthday today. Happy Birthday to Kyra P. We also have some friends who are celebrating this weekend. Happy Birthday Jayden E, Tyler M, Icnacio and Nathan B!! Have a great birthday guys!!
Each grade will be meeting in the high school auditorium today for a school assembly.
