Your Student Council has come up with some “Mystery” fun over the next few weeks.  The first mystery is HOW MUCH CANDY IS IN THE JAR? The candy jar is in the office by the door so you can see it through the window without coming in or touching it. If you guess closest to the real number You’ll GET ALL THE CANDY! Turn in your guess anytime today or tomorrow to the envelope in your first hour. Write your name & guess clearly on a slip of paper or post-it note.

And now it’s time for our Science Fact of the Week and it’s a space one for all you astronomy geeks out there:

Mercury and Venus are the two planets that have no moons. The other planets in the solar system have a combined total of 146 moons, with 27 more potential moons waiting for confirmation.

Have a Tremendous Thursday everybody and think on this: Mahatma Gandhi once said, "A man is but the product of his thoughts.  What he thinks, he becomes..".  If that’s not motivation for some positive thinking, I don’t know what is, so think positive friends!
