Congratulations to both the girls and boys varsity basketball teams for the achievement of being named BCAM Academic All-State Honorable Mention. The girls compiled a team GPA of 3.459 and are coached by Dr. Ryan Cunningham while the boys compiled a team GPA of 3.324 and are coached by Josh Latz. Great job!

Quotes are being accepted to photograph the Ovid-Elsie sports programs for the 2015-16 school year. Please submit a complete price list, bid alternates and sample of your work to the athletic office by noon on Friday, May 1st for consideration. The chosen photographer will be the official photographer for all middle school and high school sport teams during the entire 2015-16 school year.
Sports Passes may be purchased at the high school athletic offic for the 2014-15 school season. Prices are as follows:
Year family pass (up to six passes including parents and K-12 students) $250
Season family pass (up to six passes including parents and K-12 students) $100
Year fan pass (one adult) $85
Year student pass (one K-12 student) $75
Year couple pass $125
Senior Citizens age 62 and older may pick up a free lifetime pass for home events (tournaments not included) from the high school office.
The Michigan High School Tennis Coaches Association takes great pleasure in presenting the Ovid-Elsie High School girls tennis team with the All-Academic Award. This award honors the student athletes for their many hours of work and dedication in maintaining high academic achievement while being part of a competitive athletic team. The team touts a 3.46 team GPA with four of the ladies carrying a 4.0 GPA. With this achievement, these student athletes have brought honor to themselves, their school, and their community.
The Ovid-Elsie Varsity Boys also received a Special Mention for their team GPA. Congratulations to these Marauders!
A reminder that all athletes must have a current physical before you may participate in any sport. Current means a physical done on or after April 15, 2014. Physical cards are on the counter in the high school lobby or you may download and print one by clicking here. Please be sure all parts are filled out and signed before bringing in the card to the Athletic Office.
